In the final stage he will be in a position to interpret the metaphors and follow their suggestions. The interesting aspect of this technique is that the participant will not be even aware that he is being subjected to hypnosis. The first time I listened to the binaural beats, I was really excited. To tell you the truth, I was so excited I wasn’t able to sleep. It took me quite a long time before I was able to doze off with the recording still playing on my iPod.

Was I able to control my dream just like Leonardo DiCaprio did in Inception? The first time I listened to the recording, nothing happened. I am also not sure if I had a dream or not. I woke up in the morning not remembering if I dreamt.

I listened to the recording again the following night. The result is still the same…nothing. My excitement was beginning to wane. I listened to it for the next 3 consecutive nights. I did remember one night when I was sleeping, I was well aware that I am dreaming. I know that I am asleep, but the weird thing is, I am not sure if I am awake or otherwise.

Everything in my dream look very familiar, and yet there’s a few things that I know is impossible. I have a sense that I could move from one place to another and it was instantaneous. It’s a bit hard for me to explain, you have to experience it for yourself.
